Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Please include your original packing slip or order confirmation.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalised products cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
